Catalog or playback problem

Confirm that the device has a connection, then select Try again in the application. An Offline catalog label means that the application is showing the last verified catalog stored on the device. Downloaded audio remains available without a connection.

Reminder problem

Turn the daily reminder on in Father Matthew settings. If permission was denied, open the iOS or Android system settings for Father Matthew and allow notifications.
